Support Worker - £1000 welcome payment

Salary and Benefits

£15.21 per hour salary tracking the real living wage. £1,000 welcome payment (pro rata for part time). Travel allowance of up to £250 each month (pro rata for part time).

Role Responsibilities

• Support people to live active lives in the community.
• Manage their daily living skills.
• Facilitate hobbies and interests.
• Help people realise their dreams.
• Deliver person centred, individualised care with a focus on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
• Provide direct support to individuals, helping develop skills, build a home, participate in the community and improve quality of life.
