Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionateSupport Time Recovery Workerto join our collaborative multi-disciplinary team.
In this role, you will work across traditional boundaries of care to provide meaningful, direct support to individuals accessing our secondary mental health services.
Your focus will be to give time, space, and dedicated support to an allocated group of service users-empowering them to thrive within their community, achieve their personal goals, and build their own sustainable support networks.

The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Key Responsibilities- Empower Recovery:Put the individual needs of service users at the heart of everything you do, supporting them to work toward their self-identified goals.
- Collaborative Care:Assisted Care Coordinators in planning, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans, ensuring our service users are active participants in their own recovery journey.
- Deliver Initial Interventions:Play an active role in delivering early-stage interventions, working under the supportive guidance and mentorship of our team Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.
- Community Connection:Help service users transition smoothly across different care settings and organizations, promoting independence and helping them weave strong support networks into their daily lives.
- Value-Driven Practice:Bring empathy, respect, and evidence-based skills into your day-to-day work to foster a safe and encouraging environment.

What is High Cost Area Allowance?The High-Cost Area (HCA) allowance, also referred to as London Weighting is a payment made to employees who work in London and the surrounding areas.
As this post is based in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, the successful applicant will receive an additional payment each month.
- 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,346 per year and a maximum payment of £2,270 per year (the agreed annual amount will be divided into 12 equal amounts and paid monthly) (2026/27 figures)
