Support Pharmacist - Old County

Job Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Pharmacist to join the team in our Life Old County, Crumlin store. This is a 40 hour permanent position with the store's opening hours operating between 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and closed on Sunday. The team currently comprises a Managing Pharmacist, 2 Support Pharmacists, 1 Relief Pharmacist, 4 Technicians, and 3 Healthcare Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Take day to day running of the dispensary
• Take final responsibility within the store for stock management: purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking
• Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to
• Take final responsibility for pharmacy presentation standards

Qualifications

• Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Capable of working on own initiative
• Drive business within the dispensary and store
• Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities
• Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times
