Job Description

Amazon IES RCX team is offering an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a team working on industry-leading products and technologies. We focus on initiatives to reduce cost to serve for customers while enhancing the customer experience in the Returns area. Our systems must meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability, operating around the clock on a massive scale. You will collaborate with engineers across various n-tier architectures and technologies to deliver for Amazon customers in emerging markets.

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Support Engineer who is passionate about ensuring quality and is excited about new technology offerings to consumers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience scripting in modern programming languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
