Support Engineer - Outside IR35 - Ireland Based

We are seeking a Support Engineer to work fully on-site in a fast-paced regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring high-performing applications that support critical business operations. Should have at least 3+ years' experience in a similar role.

What You'll Do

• Support services and implement software upgrades
• Write and run SQL queries and manage BI dashboards
• Monitor application health, resolve production issues, and meet SLAs
• Contribute to coding standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Implement secure logging, audit trails, and role-based access
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; support CSV activities

Experience & Skills Required

• Strong understanding of application services, software upgrade processes, SQL, and BI reporting.
• Experience working in regulated industries (biopharma, healthcare, medical-device, etc.)
• Knowledge of validation frameworks and documentation (URS, FS/DS, test plans, traceability).
• Experience implementing secure system controls (logging, RBAC, audit trails).
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in regulated operational contexts.
