Job Title: Supply SEND Teacher

Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: Approx. £140 - £195 per day (dependent on MPS and experience)

Hours: Term time only Flexible supply opportunities

Are you a qualified Teacher with QTS looking for flexible supply work within a SEND setting? Whether you are an experienced SEND practitioner or an ECT looking to build confidence and experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility.

We are working on behalf of a welcoming and well resourced SEN school in Milton Keynes, seeking reliable and adaptable Supply SEND Teachers for an ASAP start.

This role is ideal for teachers who:

• Hold QTS and have UK teaching experience
• Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs
• Want flexible supply work within a specialist SEN environment
• Are looking to gain SEND experience or already have experience in a school or care setting
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Adapt quickly to different classes and learning environments
• Support pupils with complex learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure continuity of learning

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential)
• UK classroom teaching experience
• A flexible, calm, and empathetic approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential - support and guidance provided
