Overview

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Supply Manager to take ownership of inventory operations across magazines, collectibles, books, music, and video. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape how inventory is managed, streamline processes, and drive performance across a unique, fast moving business. As a key leader within our operation, you'll guide a talented team, improve systems, collaborate with internal and external partners, and play a major role in delivering innovation and efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Inventory Planning Team.
  • Oversee all inventory processes across multiple categories.
  • Optimise availability, reduce waste, and maintain strong retail standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across replenishment processes and systems.
  • Implement system enhancements and support UAT and analytics improvements.
  • Expand replenishment services, including EPOS integrations and publisher engagement.
  • Manage monthly reporting, cost centres, invoicing, and publisher communication.
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers, customers, and product categories.
  • Own Day 1 allocation and ongoing replenishment for key categories.
  • Lead wholesale stock management and partner engagement.
  • Oversee supply planning and the S&OP process.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing inventory in a fast moving environment (FMCG, media distribution, or similar).
  • Strong background in supply chain, inventory management, production planning, or project management.
  • Proven experience in retailer facing supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Line management experience and a passion for developing people.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced operational environment.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and delivering system/process enhancements.
