Academics are looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on an ad hoc supply basis in primary schools across the listed locations.

The Role:You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, working alongside class teachers to help children access learning. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, including pupils with SEND or additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom

• Providing 1:1 or small group support

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

• Helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children (school experience desirable)

• Patient, flexible, and nurturing

• Able to travel across the area

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
