Supply Chain Supervisor

Are you a hands on Supply Chain professional who thrives in a fast moving engineering environment? We're looking for a proactive Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our client's end to end material flow, optimise SAP ECC performance, and drive continuous improvement across our operation.

• Oversee the full movement of goods, from receipt to dispatch ensuring smooth, compliant material flow.
• Lead and develop a team of four covering Order Management, Goods In/Out, and Warehouse optimisation.
• Act as SAP "Key User," owning planning parameters and ensuring high data accuracy.
• Analyse KPIs on inventory, supplier performance, and freight costs to spot bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Manage logistics partners, 3PLs, and customs brokers to support seamless international trade and compliance.
• Champion Lean initiatives to reduce waste, cut costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

• 5+ years in supply chain, including at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong capability in SAP ECC and advanced Excel; confident with MS Office and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of HS codes, import/export regulations, and global logistics.
• A data driven mindset with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to react quickly to supply chain challenges.
• Organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a compact and busy engineering setting.

This role offers hybrid working, the office is based in Milton Keynes.
