Supply Chain Specialist & Analyst- 7+ Months

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and maximizing marketplace performance? We're looking for a dynamic and analytical Supply Chain specialist/analyst to join an exciting project at a global Fashion, Apparel & retail client in the Netherlands.

This team plays a pivotal role in shaping in-season strategy across EMEA, ensuring delivery on revenue, margin, and visibility goals through seamless cross-functional collaboration.

The team is responsible for maximizing revenue, margin, and visibility of marketplace performance by:

• Setting and managing in-season goals.
• Driving EOM processes.
• Collaborating across functions like Finance, Transportation, Supply Chain, and DSM (Demand and Supply Management).

Requirements

• Drive in-season execution and KPI delivery through end-to-end operational and commercial expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support service, convenience, sustainability, and profitability goals.
• Act as a flexible subject matter expert, supporting critical business needs across EMEA Supply Chain.
• Ensure smooth communication and execution of Goal Setting & EOM processes across teams and timelines.
• Lead process centralization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Good experience in Supply Chain analytics, preferably in retail
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Excel, Python etc.).
• Experience with process improvement and problem-solving
• Ability to simplify and scale workflows while adapting to business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and attention to detail.

Contract Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid
• Duration: 6months + with extensions
