The position

Responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the organisation, the candidate must excel in organisational skills, communication skills, and the capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously. We are looking for a junior role with professional and exceptional time management abilities. The ability to work with precision and attention.

Key Accountabilities

• Contacting suppliers for product availability and lead times.
• Liaising with third-party logistics companies and dealing with import and export documents.
• Following up on shipments.
• Raising purchase orders & issuing all purchase orders to suppliers.
• Setting up new supplier accounts as and when requested.
• Keeping records of inbound & outbound stocks.

Skills

• Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to multitask.

Experience

• Experience within a purchasing / logistics role would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
