Job Overview

Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of supply chain performance reporting across the global network. Own the KPI framework, reporting standards, and Power BI dashboards that enable data driven decision making, improved service performance, and operational excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• KPI Governance & Framework
  • Define, maintain, and evolve the global supply chain KPI framework.
  • Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.
  • Partner with regional teams to embed KPI discipline.
• Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Partner with Ornua BI team to improve current BI models.
  • Design and manage Power BI dashboards.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Process Standardisation & Continuous Improvement
  • Resolution of data incidents / defects within current BI models
  • Identify simplification opportunities.
  • Support global process standards.
  • Lead cross functional improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as central point of contact.
  • Partner with regional leaders, finance, commercial, and operations.
  • Provide training on KPIs and reporting tools.

Key Competencies

• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, analytics, or performance management.
• Strong Power BI expertise (dashboard design, knowledge of DAX, data modelling an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams.
• Process discipline and governance.
• Stakeholder management and communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strategic thinking with operational grounding.
