Posted 2 hours 35 minutes ago by Trades Workforce Solutions
If your next Supply Chain Manager job needs to be with a company that has the security and maturity of a large, established business, but without any of the politics and micro management that are sometimes part and parcel of large businesses.
There is a culture of internal development and promotion at this business, and there are a lot of long term employees.
You would get to use your experience in managing all aspects of planning and warehousing for another food company, with a Production Planning Manager, Materials Planning Manager, and Despatch Manager reporting into you. This wouldn't be a challenge, as you have done this before, but you would be challenged in developing the capabilities of your cross functional team and the departments as a whole.
Collaborating with others, outside of your department; you would focus on the forecasts with the site Commercial team, and the retailers' Buyers.
- £60,000 - £70,000
- 5 days on site
- 33 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory days)
