Supply Chain Manager

Freshminds has partnered with a fast growing scale-up consumer brand to find a Supply Chain Manager who will play a pivotal role in scaling global operations and driving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning end-to-end supply operations for an industry-disrupting product
• Managing relationships with global manufacturers and planning production
• Production process improvement
• Long-term strategic planning
• Data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• c.2-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement or a related field
• Passion and interest in winter sports
• Strong academic background and an ambitious attitude, hunger to learn and progress
• Highly numerate and confident with data

The role offers a base salary of £45,000 - £50,000 DOE plus bonus and share options, along with other perks.
