Description OverviewAs the Supply Chain Analytics Lead for Perrigo, you will play a vital role in transforming the company's supply chain decision-making processes. You'll manage a team of analysts tasked with transforming data and developing analytics reports and dashboards. You'll be responsible for ensuring the project management and execution of analytics projects follows the Operating Model for delivery and assist the team with administration, communication, organization, and task prioritization for their assigned projects. You will have a strong business sense and aid the team with understanding and incorporating business knowledge into the analytics output. With strong analytical expertise and an eye for CSCI-specific trends, you'll help the organization make data-driven decisions that optimize efficiency and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Reports To: Director of Supply Chain Digitalization & Analytics
Scope of the RoleAs the Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of Perrigo's Supply Chain & Operations analytics. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for innovation in data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Expertise & Innovation
- Leverage advanced tools such as Power BI, DAX, and data engineering practices to build scalable and insightful analytics solutions.
- Drive the adoption and integration of modern data platforms like Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to enhance data accessibility, quality, and performance.
- Introduce and implement emerging technologies and best practices to elevate the analytics maturity of the Supply Chain organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with analytics teams across IT, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and other functions to ensure alignment, data consistency, and shared value creation.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and division leaders.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal customers, understanding their needs and delivering impactful analytics solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Strategic Impact
- Shape and execute the analytics roadmap for Supply Chain & Operations, aligning with Perrigo's broader digital and business strategies.
- Monitor and measure the impact of analytics initiatives, continuously optimizing for value delivery and business outcomes.
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain/finance analytics, with a clear focus on supply chain planning, IBP, procurement, or operations.
- Expert Power BI Analyst/Developer.
- Some People Management experience would be advantageous.
- Experience working within a multi-site or complex regional supply chain environment
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics techniques, data architecture, data engineering.
- Experience with IBP process analysis and optimization.
- Expertise with leading supply chain optimization tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
