Job Description
  • Monitor and fulfil replenishment needs by liaising with the Deployment Planner.
  • Review and execute replenishment plans with secondary warehouses.
  • Actively manage stock levels within the Inventory team.
  • Monitor local inventory levels and stock status in ERP (JDEwards).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for short-term supply issues, including allocation and back order management.
  • Support resolution of customer requests while balancing business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement
  • Regularly communicate and align on operational initiatives with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance etc.)
  • Oversee all importations activities (licences, transport, warehouses, customs)
The Successful Applicant
  • 2-4 years experience in supply chain, ideally within pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of order management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
