Role Summary

Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing store and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing and also running the store effectively in their absence.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, setting and driving an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
• Take the lead on personal styling and building customer relationships.
• Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and in depth product knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional standards of presentation throughout the store.
• Visual merchandising to showcase the brand and drive performance.
• Deliver sales & KPI's in store through the team.
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the brand, product and customer - driving passion for other team members and customers.
• Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or team concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Process deliveries accurately and timely.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

Working Conditions

Hours per week: Up to 40

Days per week: Varied, with some weekends required
