Job Description

AramarkUKare currently recruiting aSupervisorto join our team workingat Great Western Hospital, SN3 6BB.


You willbe responsible forassistingthe Group Manager with theday to dayrunning of the unit,managing yourteamand providing excellent customer service throughout.You will also be providing general front of house services, such as preparing orders andoverseeservice.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be supporting the Group Manager in theday to dayrunning of the business, managingstaffand delegating tasksto ensure the needs of the business are met.

  • You will beoperatingthe till and cash handling/cashing up at the end of shift.You will also be givingupsellingopportunities and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

  • Food production, heating up and plating up food, making hot and cold drinksand assisting with general kitchen duties.

  • Leading shifts and supervising the team within the hospitality area, ensuring all staff training is up to date.

  • Assistingwith stock management andstocktaking, andcompleting any relevantback officepaperwork.


Key Requirements:

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts

  • Knowledge of computer applications and other industry-specific software

  • Employee training experience
