Hours: 40 Contracted Hours Per Week - Full Time

Pay: £13.15 per hour

Rota: Varied shifts Monday-Sunday, including opening and closing shifts

We're looking for passionate, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as a Supervisor - a hands on role combining barista excellence with supervisory responsibilities.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality or retail who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys leading by example.

What You'll Do

• Prepare exceptional coffee and beverages, including espresso calibration and latte art
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences
• Support the day to day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures
• Act as a key holder, ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards are maintained
• Lead shifts confidently and support the wider team during busy periods
• Assist with training and motivating team members to deliver brand standards
• Handle cash management, cash ups, and banking procedures accurately
• Support stock ordering, deliveries, and maintaining product availability
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation
• Communicate effectively with the management team and support operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in coffee, hospitality, retail, or food service
• Supervisory or key holder experience preferred
• A positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Passion for customer service and quality coffee
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
