Shop Supervisor - Quick Service Restaurant (Sheffield)

Alongside our tech led restaurants, we also operate five inamo sukoshi (meaning "little inamo") locations in Central London, Manchester, and Sheffield.

inamo sukoshi brings knockout sushi and fusion street food, inspired by flavours across Asia, to food hall style venues. Guests can enjoy award winning favourites from our main restaurants - including signature Dragon Rolls, Korean BBQ Ribs, and Chicken Katsu Curry - all served with the speed and flair of a QSR concept.

We're now looking for an energetic and experienced Supervisor to support the General Manager and lead daily operations at our exciting new Sheffield location.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day to day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high quality service.
• Lead and motivate front and back of house teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage stock rotation, assist with ordering, and monitor wastage.
• Handle cashing up, daily reporting, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Be a visible, hands on leader who leads by example during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a QSR, restaurant, or fast paced hospitality setting.
• A passion for Asian cuisine and great service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, can do attitude.
• Understanding of food safety, health & safety, and operational compliance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and support your team to do the same.
