Requirements

• Personality and engagement
• Supervisor experience running a £1 Million outlet
• The ability to motivate a team by leading from the front
• A natural understanding of what hospitality is and how to deliver it
• Attention to detail and good admin
• A zest for life
• Some humour

Responsibilities

• Assisting your managers in leading a motivated and energetic team and ensure our patrons receive theoutstanding service they have come to expect.
• Recognizing the importance of atmosphere and customer experience in community pubs
• Imagination and ability to maximise business potential
• Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Running your own shifts
• Running service and working alongside the management team to manage the FOH team
• Your role may also include cellar management; running events; looking after bookings; social media management.
