Supervisor, Luxury Menswear RTW Brand

Harrods

Salary: £45,000 plus Commission & package

Our client is a prestigious British luxury menswear house and we are proud to support the opening of their brand-new concession in Harrods.

Known for exceptional tailoring, fine leather goods, and refined accessories, the brand holds a long-standing reputation for craftsmanship and sophistication. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across the shop floor and back-of-house
Support the Store Manager with rota planning and team coordination
Act as the Store Manager's primary support
Drive CRM & Clientelling from the front acting as a brand ambassador

Candidate Profile:

Current Supervisor (luxury retail) or ASM (premium retail) seeking progression into luxury
Strong operational knowledge, including stock control and BOH process management
Organised, confident, and commercially aware
