What's a Supervisor? They are the team members who act as a bridge between the management team and the Nandocas (our team members) in the restaurant. Supervisors assist in running the restaurant and gain foundational management experience.

Our Supervisors gain valuable exposure to restaurant operations and team management. While acquiring this experience, they prepare to step into an Assistant Manager role.
