Our Supervisors play akey role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keepscustomers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll support theday-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strongcommercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.

What you'll do:

• Greet, assist,and lead byexample on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passionfor style and delivering great service
• Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations, handlingtransactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience
• Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you'll be:

• Engaging withexcellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facingenvironment.
• Focused andtake pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideallyexperienced in a customer facing environment.
