Supervising Pharmacist -Lucan

Overview

We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy in Lucan, Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to manage all dispensary operations while delivering excellent patient care and leading a dedicated pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the dispensary
• Ensure adherence to all pharmacy legislation, ethics, and PSI codes of practice
• Deliver outstanding customer service and medicines management
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and manage PCRS claims
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Pharmacist
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Business acumen with experience in stock and budget management
