Supervising Pharmacist

PE Global Healthcare is recruiting for a Supervising Pharmacist based in Offaly. This is a full-time permanent role!

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day professional and operational running of the pharmacy.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and professional practice are maintained.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using the MPS dispensing system.
• Provide professional advice and support to patients and customers.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including the Pharmacy Technician and OTC team.
• Ensure compliance with PSI regulations, legislation and company policies.
• Maintain a positive, professional and well-organised pharmacy environment.

Requirements

• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Previous experience working in a community pharmacy environment.
• Supervising Pharmacist experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Irish pharmacy legislation and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and support a pharmacy team effectively.
