Supervising Associate - Corporate

• Advise premium clients on private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory matters
• Work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile transactions
• Handle matters frequently involving an international element
• Work with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally
• Contribute to the growing Private Markets team within the UK Corporate practice
• Deliver excellent client service across core sectors

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer
• 3-6 years PQE
• Strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm
• Experience with clients in the Asset Management & Investment Funds sector is desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely
• Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team
