Summer TEFL English Teacher

EF (Education First) Bournemouth International Language Campus is looking for dynamic, interactive and energetic TEFL English Teachers to join our team for summer 2026.

Minimum of 10+ teaching hours per week

Roles available between June - August 2026 (minimum two week commitment)

Responsibilities

• Inspire international students to improve their English in engaging and communicative lessons
• Plan, prepare and deliver effective lessons to diverse groups of learners
• Track student attendance, assess progress and provide regular feedback
• Facilitate testing and maintain academic records
• Participate in teacher briefings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative academic team environment
• Act as an ambassador for EF

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, energetic and a natural leader in the classroom
• Responsible, approachable and friendly
• Highly organised, flexible and globally minded
• Confident in teaching students aged 16 and above
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service
• All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
• Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
• C2 level of English proficiency
