Summer Lifeguard: Waterpark Safety & Fun

Butlin's is recruiting lifeguards for the summer season at our Splash Waterworld in Portsmouth. We offer contracts from 3-6 months with flexible hours to suit you, and you'll be at the heart of a busy resort with family-friendly entertainment and poolside activities.

You'll supervise slides and pools, ensuring safety while delivering memorable moments for guests. The role requires energy, teamwork, and a calm, proactive attitude under pressure.
