Summer Guest Experience Agent - Front Desk

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for our Bournemouth location to deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and provide information about local attractions to ensure a memorable stay.

You will work as part of a supportive hotel operations team, collaborating with colleagues across departments to maintain a smooth, welcoming environment in line with Aimbridge's standards and brand promises.
