SuccessFactors Consultant

We're looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to join a Europe Wide Consultancy on a 12-month contract. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the implementation of SuccessFactors, specifically the Learning and Development module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the Learning and Development module of SuccessFactors
• Proactively identify process improvements and advise clients accordingly
• Lead projects and mentor junior colleagues with confidence
• Analysing needs, configuring systems, and delivering results

Requirements:

• Well-versed in end-to-end HR processes across various industries
• Fluent in English plus French or Dutch
