Substitutes for occasional interventions The medico-pedagogical office (OMP) takes care of the development and learning of vulnerable children and young people in the canton. The OMP is looking for substitutes for the Boveau School, a minor protection facility located in Corbeyrier (VD). You will support and care for children and pre-adolescents aged 4 to 12 benefiting from protective measures. Schedule: Occasional interventions to replace holders during short absences. Weekday and weekend hours, including mornings, evenings, and possibly working at night. Professional experience in working with children with specific difficulties characterizing the position: Willingness and ability to work with children who have emotional difficulties and/or complex personal issues. Possess authority and a high level of internal security. Proven skills for teamwork. Proficient in oral and written French. Reflective posture and ability to manage stress.
