Substation Construction Section Lead

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Section Manager for a major substation construction project in Bury St. Edmunds. You will support the Project Manager and work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure the safe and efficient management of civil works in a live utilities environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing safety-critical projects and will hold relevant qualifications such as Earthworks Level 3 and SMSTS. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
