Every job we win needs somebody good to do it. This seat finds those people, checks them properly and keeps them working with us.

It is phone-heavy. You will speak to more tradespeople in a week than most people meet in a year, and you will know which ones are worth a call back.

What the work is

• Find, call and sign up tradespeople across the trades and areas we need.
• Check the things that matter before anybody goes on site: insurance, qualifications, right to work.
• Keep the network warm, so a Friday afternoon emergency has somebody to go to.
• Keep every record in one place instead of a notebook.

What we need from you

• You have recruited, sourced or sold on the phone, and you are not afraid of the volume.
• You can tell a good tradesperson from a good talker.
• Organised enough to keep records nobody has to rebuild.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
