Job Description
Sub-contractor Services
As part of the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), McGaffin Mechanical Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitable contractors to provide:-
- Renewable Technologies Inspector - may include but not limited to ASHP and Solar Technologies
- Retrofit Inspectors - may include but not limited to oil and gas heating, cavity and loft insulation Inspector
- EPC Assessor
- Scaffolding Contractor
- Adhoc labour - general labour across all workstreams
Subcontractors will be appointed to work on projects located throughout Northern Ireland from May 2026 to May 2027.
Closing date is 24th April 2026.
