We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our team in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your engineering and site management skills, working on a variety of projects in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Job Purpose

To apply and develop your knowledge as a section engineer or site manager, supporting the delivery of projects to a high standard and furthering your management capabilities.

Key Requirements Essential

• Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.
• Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.
• CSCS First Aid

Desirable

• Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Commercial awareness and ability to support business development.
• Relevant professional qualifications, SMSTS, TWC.
