Job Description

Luminate Education Group in Leeds is seeking a Study Support Coach for their 14-16 Skills Programme. The role focuses on supporting young learners both academically and developmentally in a safe and inclusive environment.

This is a reduced year position (39 weeks) with a salary starting at £27,632 and a maximum of £29,255 pro rata. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering one-on-one support for young individuals and the ability to foster positive relationships with learners.
