Studio Supervisor (MAT Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Fareham studio for a Temporary Studio Supervisor. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for 9 months, with the possibility of an extension depending on business needs.

The role is for a minimum of 15 hours per week, working on a rolling 4-week rota. Flexibility is required to work a range of shifts, including days and evenings, with a requirement to work at least one weekend per month. Additional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and absence.

As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for: Essential

• English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
• At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
  
• Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
• Able to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

Desirable

• Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
• Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
