Studio Operations & Guest Experience Lead

Barry's Bootcamp in London SW1 is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily studio operations and building a high-performing team. You will drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement while upholding Barry's hospitality standards and brand values.

You will lead from the front, coach staff, ensure safety and KPI targets are met, and contribute to community initiatives that grow the studio's local presence and client connections.
