Job Description
Move It Studios
This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to step into a thriving organisation and help shape what it becomes next operationally, culturally and commercially.
We are seeking a senior-level operator and leader who is excited by building, improving and evolving not simply maintaining what already exists. This role will play a key part in developing programmes, supporting staff performance and helping drive quality and consistency across the organisation.
Essential
Proven experience in high-volume, multi-programme environments
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making ability
Experience supporting, mentoring or developing staff performance and delivery standards
Commercial awareness alongside passion for performing arts
Recognised professional dance qualification
Personal experience within performance and/or competition environments
Ability to analyse performance, participation or operational data to support decision-making
Strongly Preferred
Classical ballet training and qualification
Experience working within competition-focused performing arts organisations
Experience contributing to programme design, training delivery or organisational development
Confidence using digital systems, booking platforms and data
This role suits someone excited by building something not simply maintaining what already exists and who enjoys improving systems, developing people and helping shape how an organisation delivers at scale.
For the right candidate, this role offers long-term leadership growth, strategic influence and involvement in shaping future organisational direction.
Salary depending on Experience and candidates suitability. Apply with CV and covering letter to: Kate Caine
