Studio Manager - Yorkshire - £35k to £45k pa (depending on experience)

£35k to £45k per annum, depending on experience.

A printed communications company seeks a hands on Studio Manager to ensure the studio operates efficiently and its projects stay realistic and manageable with the available resources.

• Manage and oversee people, equipment, workflow, and quality assurance.
• Recruit staff and freelancers; provide induction and training.
• Optimise roles, skills and procedures to maximise studio efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain technical infrastructure, arranging for maintenance, upgrades, repairs and replacement of consumables as necessary.
• Work with big national and international brands in a fast paced environment.

• Experience in the print or communications industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, client facing environment.
