Studio Manager - Scotland - £Excellent Package

Position Overview

We have a vacancy with a major player in their field, to ensure the studio has adequate resources to carry out its work and that the work it takes on is realistic and manageable within the available resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure studio resources are adequate and projects realistic and manageable.
• Manage and oversee people, equipment, workflow and quality assurance.
• Recruit staff and freelancers and provide induction.
• Optimise roles, skills and procedures to maximise efficiency and quality of services.
• Ensure technical infrastructure works correctly; arrange for maintenance, upgrades, repairs and replacement of consumables.
• Hold overall responsibility for the studio and often collaborate with project managers on individual projects.

Requirements

Applicants must be residents of the United Kingdom and have recent experience working in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
