Studio Manager - Print Studio Operations & Quality Lead

Salary: £35k to £45k pa (depending on experience)

Overview

A printed communications company is seeking a hands on individual to ensure the studio has adequate resources, and that the work taken on is realistic and manageable. As studio manager the candidate must manage and oversee people, equipment, workflow and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit staff and freelancers and provide induction.
• Ensure roles, skills and procedures are optimised for maximum efficiency and quality.
• Maintain technical infrastructure: arrange maintenance, upgrades, repairs and consumable replacement.
• Oversee people, equipment, workflow and quality assurance to keep the studio running efficiently.
• Ensure the work the studio takes on is realistic and manageable within available resources.

Requirements

• Experience in the print industry working in a fast paced environment.
• Experience working with large national and international brands.
