Responsibilities

• Drive the revenue of the Studio by creating business opportunities, establishing corporate relationships and achieving income targets.
• Design and promote activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue.
• Carry out responsibilities in line with Ten's policies and procedures.
• Interact with employees, partner providers and customers fairly and professionally.
• Provide fast, courteous and efficient responses to all customer enquiries.
• Manage development of a full range of activities and classes at the Studio, including conducting classes when necessary to support revenue and growth.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff, including managing staff rotas.
• Oversee all front-of-house team functions and reporting.
• Keep stock records.
• Prepare and check budgets and generate income.
• Oversee required reporting for the Studio (e.g., payroll, end-of-month reporting, monitoring class numbers, class timetable).
• Ensure all health and safety duties are carried out in accordance with studio procedures.
• Prepare facilities for use to meet Ten Health & Fitness service standards.
