Student Wellbeing & Pastoral Lead

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Pastoral Support Manager to champion student wellbeing at E-ACT Shenley Academy. The role requires building trusting relationships and leading compassionate support strategies to help empower young people. Key responsibilities include supporting Progress Leaders, ensuring Academy values are upheld, and providing advice to students regarding their personal and social wellbeing. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English and experience supporting students' educational development. A strong benefits package is included.
