Student Wellbeing & Engagement Mentor

Truro and Penwith College is looking for a compassionate Student Mentor to join their Sport, Health and Education Faculty at Truro Campus. This role is essential in providing pastoral support, guidance, and mentoring to students, helping them overcome barriers in their studies and personal development.

You will be responsible for assessing students' needs, offering advice, and supporting faculty staff with behaviour management. The position offers a supportive environment and a generous benefits package including up to 28 days annual leave.
