Student Voice & Engagement Lead

EFI Group is seeking a Quality Assurance and Enhancement support role based in London. You will drive student engagement and support across FRA Academy, EFIT and LCBT, collaborating with students and delivery staff to inform quality improvements.

The role requires a Level 4 Diploma or equivalent, strong IT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Full time, permanent, with a generous benefits package and salary £26,550-£29,500.
