Student Support & Behaviour Mentor

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a Student Support Mentor for The Grange School in Aylesbury. The role involves supporting individual and small groups of students through 1-1 sessions to enhance their emotional, social, and behavioral skills. The ideal candidate will be supportive, empathetic, and resilient. A robust staff well-being program and excellent induction training are provided. The position is permanent, requires a commitment to safeguarding, and needs an enhanced DBS disclosure.
