About UsAt the Union of Brunel Students, our mission is simple: to positively impact every student's time at university. We provide support, representation, opportunities and experiences that help students thrive both academically and personally. We are looking for a friendly, organised and compassionate Student Support Administrator to join our Advice Service.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. Provide an inclusive reception service. Respond to enquiries across multiple channels. Support students through information, guidance and signposting. Maintain confidential records. Support the Advice Service, Hardship Fund and Student Voice activities.
About YouYou will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a commitment to customer service, experience using Microsoft Office, and a genuine interest in supporting students.
