Student Success & Attendance Advisor

KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a client for 2 Student Support and Attendance Officers based in the Leeds area. You will be the first point of contact for students, providing clear, empathetic support across in-person, phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.

Working as part of a proactive team, you'll handle student enquiries, offer guidance, and refer complex issues to specialist teams to ensure an excellent student experience.
